Stuart is committed to giving back to the community in his role as a non-executive director of the Trilogy Foundation: a not-for-profit supporting vulnerable children in our community.

With over 20 years’ experience, Candice leads our property and conveyancing practice. Candice’s clients include SMEs, developers, individuals and families. She has an extensive transactional background and her work includes: all residential and commercial conveyancing; larger & lucrative sales and acquisitions; developments and subdivisions; leasing; loans and mortgages; business sales and purchases; and general advisory work. Candice is knowledgeable and efficient, and has a strong focus on understanding and achieving her client’s objectives.

Peter rejoins us in 2023, we are proud to say. He began working at Stuart Latham Solicitors in 2015 as a paralegal and later a junior solicitor, before spending the past few years working in estate litigation at another reputable law firm in Newcastle. We are delighted to have Peter back to assist with our wills + estate practice. Peter brings valuable knowledge and experience to complex estate planning matters. Peter has a warm, calm demeanour and a thoughtful, practical approach to legal scenarios. He is a valuable (re) addition to our firm.

Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University in 2020 and completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2023. With a background in real estate and experience in residential conveyancing as a Licensed Conveyancer, we were so proud when Kim was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2023. Kim has a passion for property law and is focused on understanding her client’s objectives - to help them navigate the complexities of their conveyancing transactions with ease.

Amanda's journey at Stuart Latham Solicitors began as a paralegal in 2018, where she gained valuable experience in property law as well as wills + estates. In 2022 she completed her studies and was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. In 2023, Amanda joined our wills + estates team. Her focus is clear, her approach is empathetic, and her work is thorough. With Amanda, you have a trusted partner who combines legal expertise with genuine care.
